When we started getting the bank notices everything started to hit home. We turned this way and that. I actually fought calling one of those signs for a long time – foolish mistake. In the end you gave us what Dave and I thought was fair, but more importantly you kept us from going through the foreclosure and neither of us wanted to deal with that type of blemish on our personal records for however many years. Your presentation was perfect, sensible and realistic. I know there won’t be a next time, but if I had to do it all over again I would have called that stupid little sign a lot sooner.
